ABOUT US
Leo Impex originated in the year 2011 with a solid background of 18 years in the polymer compounding industry. We presently focus on the manufacturing and marketing of first-generation polymer compounds with an aim to promote sustainable solutions for industrial polymer wastes.
Our ISO 9001:2015 certified services are the mandates we gear to follow at every step of our deliverables. With sound practices, customer relationships, and consistency in quality, we strive for excellence. All our reprocessed granules and flakes are brought to the clients after several rounds of testing and validation.
We ensure the quality of our range of post-industrial and post-consumer grades via scrutinized testing of Moisture analysis, Melt flow index, Density measurement, Filler content, and Specimen analysis.
Our expertise holds credibility as a result of Leo Impex being sole representatives for big players in the national and international polymer market. Such as for Domo Engineering Plastics, Germany of PA6, 66 neat resin and compounds and Flame-Retardant grades of all Engineering Polymers with Halogen, Halogen Free & Red phosphorous compounds & High-Performance Polymers of PEEK, PPS, PPO, PPA, etc. for Vamp Tech S.p.A, Italy.
Our Production Facilities
Leo Impex operates compounding plants located at Gummoodipoondi, Red Hills, and Thiruvallur, equipped with state-of-the-art twin-screw and single-screw compounding systems. The facilities are designed to convert HDPE, PP yarn, and fabric waste into high-quality granules.
Quality assurance is integral to our process. Every batch undergoes rigorous testing including moisture analysis, melt flow index measurement, density checks, filler content evaluation, and specimen analysis before delivery.
