Proprietor
A farmer by DNA and a learner by heart. Hailing from Madurantagam, Prabakar began as a sales executive and built 25+ years of on-ground experience with brands like Aquafil (now DOMO), SABIC, Dow Chemicals and Lyondellbasell. Active member of the Indian Plastics Institute (IPI), AIPMA and TAPMA.

An IIT alumnus and early adopter of upcycling technologies for post-consumer PET waste in Karur. Builder of RENGA | FBRE, YRN, EcoLine clothing brand and FLUSHBRIC — and an active investor in sustainability-led startups.
Business Development
Worked with IIT Madras and the National University of Singapore on industrial polymer-waste upcycling. A biotechnologist who transferred bioplastics manufacturing technology to Tata Steel and laid the foundation for enzyme-based plastic degradation programs.
